\r\nGoTo telescopes or computer-controlled telescopes make searching for an object very easy. You select the object of choise with the Celestron Skyportal app on your smartphone, tablet, via the hand controller or even with software on a computer. The computer-controlled mount then takes over and automatically navigates to the object you have chosen. Most GoTo telescopes have 40,000 pre-programmed objects. With this many objects you will never get bored.\r\n\r\n

Scan the sky with your smart device for the object you want to view, tap the object in SkyPortal and watch your Astro Fi telescope automatically navigate to the object. \r\nThe NexStar SLT series telescope has a single fork-arm altazimuth mount, which allows the telescope to track desired objects. The mount is mounted on a pre-assembled, adjustable steel tripod. Features NexStar + Hand Control - This computer-controlled hand control allows you to automatically navigate to any of 40,000 celestial objects at the touch of a button. The NexStar + database contains more than 600 galaxies, 300 clusters and dozens of beautiful binary stars. Not sure what to observe? Then opt for the Sky Tour function on the NexStar+ hand control which automatically generates a list of the best celestial objects currently visible based on your exact time and location.
