Rainbow Astro RST-135 goto mount<\/p>\n

The RST-135 uses a new type of gear, tensile wave gear transmission, also known as harmonic transmission (more specifically strain wave gear, a more affordable variant of harmonic drive). Due to the strong power of the harmonic system and the motor, a counterweight is not required. The mount weighs only 3.3 kg, but you can mount a telescope of 13.5 kg on it. We call this a breakthrough in lightweight mounts. The volume and weight of the holder is no longer a problem during a trip. Should this trip consist of astrophotography being the goal.<\/p>\n

Equatorial or Azimutal<\/h4>\n

The Rainbow Astro RST-135 can be used in both equatorial and azimutal mode. You can change the operation of this mount in an instant. Ideal if you want to look up something quickly without having to go through the goto procedure.<\/p>\n
